"Berkshire at its Best!!!!"
A TripAdvisor Member, New Paltz, NY
We originally stayed 2 nights at the Devonfield in Dec. of
2003 and loved it so much, that we repeated in Dec. of 2004.
Personal committments kept us from going again this past
Dec., but we will definitely be returning because it truly
is a down home away from home, with all the amenities and
New England charm and just a nice, laid back, friendly
atmosphere that oozes from the innkeepers and fellow inn
mates. The rooms are spacious and gorgeous.
There's plenty of real firewood, and the breakfast is
generous and fresh and great tasting. And there's always
lots of conversation amongst all the guests in the dining
room, so it's always fun and entertaining. Highly, highly
recommended. The Lee Outlet is 2 minutes away, and there's
plenty of real good restaurants right in the area.

"Superlative" A

We stayed for 2 nights at Devonfield, and wished we had
booked it for longer. From the moment we checked in we
realised we were staying somewhere special. The room,
surroundings, breakfast and the helpfulness of the owners
and staff made our break in The Berkshires a memorable one
for all the right reasons.
The Norman Rockwell Museum was fascinating, Hancock Shaker
Village interesting and a dip in the pool after our day out
was wonderful.
Thoroughly recommend.

Recently stayed at the Devonfield and was very impressed
with the cleaniness, service, friendly staff, outdoor pool
and gardens and most importantly a beautiful room which was
spotless! |

Each morning we serve
a delicious full breakfast which might include our own homemade
yogurt along with a hot dish, such as harvest pancakes, apple
cinnamon French toast, or eggs Benedict. Our guest pantry is always
available for your use.
