We welcome you to come
and relax in the luxury and comfort of this traditionally furnished
inn. Our six thoughtfully appointed guest rooms, three suites, and
separate guest house provide private baths, air conditioning,
brandy and chocolates and
several accommodations have wood burning fireplaces and Jacuzzis. Click on the photos to see some of the lovely rooms
available at the Devonfield. A full breakfast served daily and a pantry available for guest use.
POLICIES
Minimum Stays: Three nights for July and August weekends. Two
nights for October weekends. Rates and minimum stays may vary for
holidays and special events.
Check-in and checkout times: Check-in time is 3:00 PM and
checkout is 11:00 AM. Guests are welcome to arrive earlier,
however, the rooms may be unavailable before 3 p.m. A late check-out may be arranged when
possible for an additional fee of one half the room rate.
Extra Person: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each extra person
in a room is $35 per night
Room Rates: Room rates do not include the 9.7% room tax.
Age Limit: Children over twelve are welcome. Inquire about possible
exceptions.
Weekends: For the end of June, all of July, and all of August
weekends are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The remainder
of the year, they are Friday and Saturday.
Deposit and Refund: Because of our small size, cancellations
affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation leaves little
chance of filling the reserved space. For this reason, the Inn
maintains a strict cancellation policy. A full deposit is required for one-night
stays. A 50% deposit is required for two nights or longer stays.
Deposits will be refunded only if notice is received by our
office no less than 14 days (30 days in July and August) prior to the intended date of arrival. A
service charge of $50.00 per room will be deducted from the deposit.
Guests who check out before the last day of the reservation will be
required to pay for the days reserved in full. We realize that
situations may arise necessitating cancellation within the 14 day
limit (30 days in July and August), and do sympathize, however we must maintain our business
policy due to limited season and high accommodation demands. A
partial refund may be possible only if we are able to re-book the
room's). We must have a deposit on all rooms in order to guarantee
the reservation.

television/VCR/DVD. The Suite has a full private bath
with walk-in shower with body jets. This is one of the
Inn’s most sought after accommodations.
